Job summary

Saragossa is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer for the Miami, FL and Austin, TX regions. This player-coach role writes Python and SQL daily, mentors junior engineers, and owns enterprise customer relationships from kickoff through go-live and beyond.

You will deploy AI-powered workflows in manufacturing and supply chain, build data pipelines, and lead conversations with IT executives at Fortune 500 customers, bridging US customers with Paris-based product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

5+ years shipping software in customer-facing or field engineering roles.
Strong hands-on Python and SQL.
Experience with data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
Comfortable working inside regulated or complex enterprise environments (aerospace, defense, industrial, or similar is a plus).
US citizenship required due to customer security requirements.

Responsibilities

Deploy AI-powered operational workflows into complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Build and own data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and monitoring.
Lead technical conversations with IT executives, architects, and operations stakeholders at Fortune 500 manufacturers.
Act as the bridge between the product and engineering teams in Paris and the customer reality in the US.
Shape the playbook for how field engineering scales as the company grows its US footprint.
