Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical pre- or post-sales teams, including hiring and onboarding.
• 5+ years in data space with a technical product or mission-focused space impacting IC/DoW.
• Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding data infrastructure decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Solutions Architect team for IC, Navy, Air Force and Space Force.
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue and customer success.
• Hire, train, and grow SAs; maintain a robust hiring pipeline.
• Set vision and strategy to accelerate transformative outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success.
