Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD or MBA) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• 7+ years of progressive pharma/biopharma analytics experience.
• 4–6+ years in a hands-on analytics or insights function.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL; experience in Python or R and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary insights partner to Commercial leadership with analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead analytics for portfolio optimization, TA strategy, and brand performance.
• Develop scenario models, competitive assessments, and demand forecasts for long-range planning.
• Design models for commercial effectiveness to optimize ROI and resources.
• Translate analyses into a clear narrative for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with data teams to integrate disparate data sources into a holistic view.
