Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a senior compliance leader to own the FCRA program and manage end-to-end dispute handling for financial consumers. You will build policies, engage with regulators, and partner with product and engineering to scale compliance tooling.

The role requires deep knowledge of consumer protection rules and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance, strong writing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance.
• Experience building a compliance program from scratch or rebuilding one.
• Direct experience operating a dispute and reinvestigation function.
• Strong writing to produce policies, procedures, and client diligence responses.
• Comfortable as a solo contributor in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the entity's FCRA compliance program from a blank page, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and testing.
• Run consumer relations end-to-end: dispute intake, reinvestigation within statutory timelines, file disclosures, identity theft blocks, and fraud alerts.
• Design and enforce permissible purpose controls, onboarding, certification, and recertification.
• Establish procedures to ensure maximum possible accuracy and monitor effectiveness.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to specify dispute and disclosure infrastructure as volume grows.
• Serve as the compliance point of contact for client third-party risk diligence and support regulator matters.
• Own consumer complaint handling across CFPB portal and state channels and feed learnings back into procedures.
