Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc. in the Dayton area seeks a Director of Facilities & Physical Security to oversee the operation and maintenance of all buildings, properties, and vehicles valued at over $50 million, with annual budget responsibilities above $15 million.

The role leads Facilities and Security teams, directs land/lease acquisitions and construction for new locations, negotiates contracts, and maintains business continuity and safety plans across 35+ member centers in three

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of formal training and experience may be considered.
• Certified Facilities Manager designation preferred.
• 8-10 years of leadership experience managing multiple facilities and employees.
• Ability to implement initiatives, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversees land/lease acquisition, design, and construction of new locations and acts as Construction Manager.
• Directs Facilities department operations and oversees the Facilities Manager.
• Manages all facilities purchasing activity for the Credit Union.
• Assists Security and Emergency Response Manager with physical security across locations.
• Negotiates contracts for outsourced maintenance, HVAC, and related services.
• Negotiates and manages complex leases and Tenant spaces.
• Manages Third-Party Vendor contracts for archival of records.
• Develops and monitors operating budgets for all locations.
• Participates in Business Continuity and Critical Response Teams and updates plans.
• Recommends and maintains facilities and security policies and procedures.
