Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security and facilities for a financial institution or a closely related organization.
• Knowledge of NY and PA landlord tenant laws.
• Experience managing facility, security, landlord and tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team and ensure a frictionless interdepartmental experience.
• Manage the Credit Union's properties and ensure effective leases and relations.
• Maintain the Security Program and develop training for the organization.
