Job summary

Safelite Group seeks an accomplished facilities leader to drive nationwide maintenance strategy and enterprise energy management from the Home Office in Columbus, OH. You will manage multi-site operations, oversee vendor relationships, and lead a team of facilities professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and engaging work environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities-related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in facilities/maintenance/operations.
• Experience managing multi-location facility operations and energy programs.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of building systems and regulations.
• Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with energy management or sustainability initiatives.
• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or CEM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility maintenance strategy for nationwide locations.
• Ensure consistent service delivery, response times, and standards.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and forecasting for field ops.
• Standardize processes for reactive maintenance and work orders.
• Partner with teams for new sites, remodels, closures.
• Oversee corporate office facilities and workplace services.
• Drive energy management strategy and vendor partnerships.
• Lead safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop maintenance teams and staff.
• Drive budgetary and capital planning across teams.
• Communicate KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
