Job summary

This high-impact role partners with Corporate EHS to drive safety, reliability, and cost-effective services in offices, labs and design environments. You will build and mentor a technical team, manage capital projects and vendor contracts, and foster a customer-focused culture that supports growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (PE preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in facilities, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations and maintenance for multi-building campus including HVAC, electrical, DI water, and waste systems.
• Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and on-schedule delivery.
• Partner with Corporate EHS to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Manage third-party service providers and drive continuous improvement.
