Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations - Food & Beverage to oversee Shor, Tavern, Market, River Breeze Pool Bar, and Market Delivery operations at Wild Dunes Resort. You will work with Sales & Marketing to promote outlets and lead in the absence of the Director of Operations.

You will help with long- and short-term planning, drive financial performance, train talent, and evaluate practices for efficiency while maintaining Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership in high-volume concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with beverage operations knowledge.
• Customer service focus with ability to improve bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel outlet operations front and back of house.
• Develop and manage budget, concepts and objectives.
• Coordinate with Culinary leaders on menu rotations and staff education.
• Implement and maintain sales/marketing programs for F&B.
• Direct development of employees and management staff.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budgets for F&B.
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure Hyatt service standards and health regulations are met.
• Lead daily operations and drive guest/employee satisfaction.
• Demonstrate authentic hospitality aligned with Hyatt values.
