Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead culinary and beverage innovation, develop new concepts, and elevate guest experiences across all F&B outlets. This role shapes vision, drives revenue growth, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will build high-performing teams, implement training programs, and partner with entertainment for seamless guest experiences. Strong financial discipline and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 12 years (preferred) in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in concept development.
• Demonstrated success in brand development and launching new outlets.
• Proven track record in training program development and team leadership.
• Business savvy; strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Proactive leadership with passion for innovation and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leads new concept development including ideation, design, and operational strategy for new and existing outlets.
• Drives brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent brand standards and operational excellence.
• Develops and implements comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for all F&B team members.
• Partners with Casino Entertainment leadership to create seamless entertainment and F&B experiences that maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new F&B and entertainment offerings into broader property strategies.
• Develops an operating budget for each department’s revenue outlets and monitors performance.
