Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to shape the vision, growth, and guest experience across our dining and entertainment venues.

You will lead culinary and beverage innovation, develop new concepts, manage budgets, mentor teams, and partner with entertainment to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 12 years in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in concept development.
• Proven track record in training program development and team leadership.
• Strong business savvy and financial acumen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by Maryland Lottery.

Responsibilities

• Leads new concept development including ideation, design, and operational strategy for new and existing outlets.
• Drives brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent brand standards and operational excellence.
• Develops and implements comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for all F&B team members.
• Partners with Casino Entertainment leadership to create seamless entertainment and F&B experiences that maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Develops an operating budget for each of the department’s revenue outlets and monitors performance.
• Ensures safety, sanitation and compliance with wage, hour, and liquor laws across F&B operations.
