Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead a portfolio of dining and entertainment venues.

You will shape culinary and beverage concepts, drive brand development, and oversee strategic planning with a focus on guest experience, revenue growth, and market differentiation. You will develop high‑performing teams, implement robust training programs, and maintain financial discipline across all F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 12 years (preferred) in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in concept development.
• Demonstrated success in brand development and launching new outlets.
• Proven track record in training program development and team leadership.
• Business savvy and strong financial acumen, with ability to provide solid P&L results.
• Strategic thinker with ability to deliver results.
• Visible, proactive leader with passion for innovation and hospitality.
• Must obtain/maintain license as mandated by Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Leads new concept development including ideation, design, and operations for new and existing outlets.
• Drives brand development initiatives with consistent standards and excellence.
• Develops and implements comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
• Collaborates with Entertainment leadership to create seamless F&B experiences.
• Manages department staffing plans and schedules to meet long-term needs.
• Establishes operating budgets and monitors costs across revenue outlets.
• Ensures compliance with wage/hour and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and equipment standards.
