• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field (Required)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, MPP, MSSW or equivalent) preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in two or more of: communications/marketing, development/advancement, revenue-generating program development, government relations, or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead external engagement strategy across communications, development, alumni relations and educational design.
• Develop budgets, KPIs, and program pitches to secure resources and scale impact.
• Supervise a multi-func­tion team and build a high-performing culture.
