Job summary

Infinity Marketing Team in Culver City is seeking a Vice President of Production to lead the Production department, ensuring program quality, on-time delivery, and scalable growth across complex experiential campaigns.

The role requires hands-on production leadership, strong financial stewardship, and the ability to guide senior teams while collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Travel and nontraditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience producing complex, multimillion-dollar experiential programs.
• Experience leading senior production talent, including Directors and Executives.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Ability to travel and work nontraditional hours for major programs.
• Proven ability to lead through others and build scalable departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, structure, and evolution of IMT’s Production department.
• Establish agency-wide production standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead Production Directors and senior leadership; coach and develop teams.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, vendor strategy, and risk management.
• Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, performance, and succession planning.
