Job summary

AccruePartners helps a Charlotte-based organization expand its finance team, overseeing enterprise-wide expense management across reinsurance, life insurance, and annuities. The role focuses on cost controls, policy compliance, and actionable reporting.

• A growing finance function within an insurance and retirement solutions organization, based in a newly expanded Charlotte office
• A team working across reinsurance, life insurance, and annuities, offering broader exposure than a traditional public accounting seat
• A flatter, less siloed structure than larger public accounting environments, where accountants work across a wider range of areas instead of one narrow lane

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Business or related field
• 6–9 years of experience in T&E, Corporate Card management
• Experience managing programs and working with shared service teams
• Solid understanding of controls, compliance, and audit requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
