Fetch is seeking a Senior Director, Benefits to shape a multi-year Total Rewards strategy and align benefits with growth. You will partner with Finance and Legal, serving as a trusted advisor to Fetch's senior leaders and building an infrastructure that enhances the employee experience while supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in benefits and total rewards with program strategy ownership.
• 5+ years leading managers and teams.
• Deep U.S. expertise across health, retirement, leave, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year benefits/Wellness strategy and infrastructure.
• Oversee retirement program, fiduciary governance, testing, filings, and audits.
• Lead leave, disability, and accommodation programs with escalation models.
• Maintain ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, MHPAEA compliance across multi-state footprints.
• Manage vendor/broker/carrier strategy and service models.
• Cultivate a high-performing team with strong ethics and quality.
• Use analytics to guide investments and detect cultural shifts.
• Document processes and communicate cost/plan changes transparently.
• Partner with VP of Total Rewards on compensation-related decisions.
