Job summary

DUAL North America seeks an Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning and project management of our full events portfolio, from conferences to partner events and internal gatherings. You will partner with underwriting and business development, manage budgets, and ensure events reflect the DUAL brand.

This hybrid role is based in Golden, CO with up to 20% travel, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration to drive ROI and culture impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning or event management.
• Experience with B2B events and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution across the full events portfolio.
• Coordinate representation at conferences and tradeshows, including logistics and booth planning.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, sponsor activities, and charitable events.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event impact reporting with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and business development teams.
