American Express Global Business Travel in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a dedicated account program team and own delivery from kickoff to onsite execution, including the flagship annual conference.

You will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, forecast and report, run planning cadences, and coordinate with registration, housing, and attendee communications while ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Eight or more years delivering large corporate meetings and events.
• Experience on a dedicated account team operating under a client statement of work.
• Ownership of multimillion dollar program budgets, with a track record of accurate forecasts, clean reconciliations, and change control the client accepts.
• Delivery of large conferences with thousands of attendees inside a multiprogram annual calendar.
• Advanced Cvent proficiency, including event builds, registration paths, reporting, and integrations.
• Working command of Smartsheet or an equivalent project tracking tool.
• Executive client presence: able to run a client planning meeting and deliver a hard update.
• People leadership that sets clear expectations and handles performance conversations.
• Precise written communication for status reports and logs.
• CMP or CMM preferred; experience leading programs through consolidation or venue changes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the dedicated account program team, including Sr Meeting Managers, Meeting Managers, Meeting Coordinators, and functional leads.
• Own delivery for every assigned program from planning kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Serve as the client's primary delivery contact with planning cadences, status reporting, and decision requests.
• Own program budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation, including forecasts and financial reporting.
• Own the master timeline and milestone tracking in Smartsheet and manage schedule adherence.
• Oversee registration, housing, attendee communications, data integrity, and privacy discipline.
• Lead supplier and venue management across hotels, DMCs, and production partners.
• Lead onsite delivery for major programs, including staffing, run of show, and issue escalation.
• Own program documentation standards for easy handoffs and renewals.
• Partner with Head of Event Operations on planning, scope, and staffing forecasts.
