Job summary

Path-Resorts seeks a dynamic events leader to build and run a field-based lead generation program. You’ll manage a team of brand ambassadors, run audits at events, and occasionally staff a table, with weekends and evenings required.

You’ll work with Viral Sweeps and other tech-forward platforms to maximize event impact, grow partnerships, and scale regional reach while staying hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing teams in promotional sales, experiential marketing, or offsite events.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding lead and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and staff scheduling.
• Willingness to travel to events and partner sites; evenings and weekends required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Motivate: Hire, train, and inspire a high-performance team of brand ambassadors and event reps.
• Plan and Execute: Own lead generation at concerts, sporting events, festivals, fairs, and trade shows; manage branding and customer interactions.
• Grow and Optimize: Collaborate with marketing to boost sweepstakes and lead funnels; continuously test and improve ROI.
