Job summary

Vacatia is seeking an energetic Event Supervisor to lead on-site event operations across Florida and neighboring markets, inspiring guests and managing a high-performing team of event representatives.

The role requires hands-on field leadership, frequent travel, lifting up to 70 lbs, and a knack for building strong customer connections while driving lead generation and opportunities for growth through smart CRM usage and live demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in event marketing or lead generation with team leadership.
• Proficiency with digital lead capture tools, tablet apps and email systems.
• Frequent travel across large markets, including weekends; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for field event management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport event equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site event operations, setup, execution and tear-down of booths and displays.
• Coach event representatives to meet lead goals and standards.
• Identify and secure new event opportunities; handle contracts and insurance.
• Model effective engagement strategies for the team and drive participation.
• Manage lead data on tablets and coordinate with Production Manager.
