BMO Financial Group, headquartered in the United States, seeks a senior leader to own product strategy and lifecycle for its U.S. ETF and SMA platform. You will drive the pipeline, set the roadmap, and partner with Investments, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Risk to launch and govern derivatives-based investment solutions.

The role requires deep derivatives expertise, strong commercial judgment, and a track record of delivering market-ready products that align client needs with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ETF product strategy and derivatives-focused development.
• Deep expertise in derivatives, options, volatility products and structured outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Investments, Sales, Marketing and Risk.
• Experience launching derivatives-based investment products and managing product lifecycles.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate concepts into products.

Responsabilités

• Own ETF product development, pipeline management and end-to-end launch execution.
• Set long-term strategy and roadmap for the U.S. ETF and SMA platform.
• Coordinate governance, pricing, revenue projections and post-launch lifecycle steps.
• Collaborate with Investments, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Ops and external providers.
• Present recommendations and build capability as the U.S. platform grows.
