Job summary

The role reports to the CFO and oversees a co-sourced operating model with external partners to ensure secure, scalable, and innovative technology that supports SHRM’s priorities.

The position drives modernization, cybersecurity, and improved service delivery while partnering with executives to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Strong governance and portfolio management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and contracts within a co-sourced model.
