Job summary

Datadog, Inc. seeks a Director of Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead frontline SE leaders and drive regional strategy, execution, and scalable processes.

You will coordinate with Sales leadership to shape GTM plans, resource planning, and forecast alignment while ensuring high-quality delivery across the technical sales cycle. You will build and coach a high-performing team, hire top talent, and enable career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading frontline SE leaders in a customer-facing technical org.
• 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Proven success leading solution engineering teams with senior stakeholders across Product, SRE, DevOps and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional in-field execution with executive presence for strategic opportunities.
• Develop and operationalize scalable methodology to accelerate enterprise growth.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership on strategy, planning, and forecast alignment.
