We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales function and drive growth across large dealer groups, OEMs, and national automotive organizations. This pivotal role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, shaping our enterprise strategy, and working closely with leadership to expand our market presence. It requires strategic leadership, tactical execution, and a deep understanding of automotive and SaaS landscapes.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, with frequent travel requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and scale Fullpath’s enterprise sales strategy across national dealer groups and automotive partners.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of sales directors and account executives to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the executive and C-suite levels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—on multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging and support initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, forecast accurately, and report to leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of performance, transparency, and accountability.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team support.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in enterprise or national account sales leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry, dealer dynamics, digital retailing, and OEM relationships.
  • Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals and scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate value to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and executing strategic sales plans, tracking metrics, and growing pipelines.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work.

Starting salary: $120,000 - $150,000, with variable earning potential of $120,000 - $150,000 based on performance.
