You will drive risk identification, evaluation, and action across governance, technology risk, insurance, and business operations to support growth.

This role partners with the owner and senior leadership to embed risk thinking in major decisions and to empower value creation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in risk, operations, or leadership roles.
• Experience with governance and decision frameworks.
• Exposure to technology or cyber risk.
• Knowledge of insurance / risk transfer.
• Background in industrial or asset-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Define governance, decision rights, and delegation.
• Oversee cyber, data, and emerging technology risk.
• Lead enterprise risk management across operations.
• Design insurance strategy and risk transfer programs.
• Embed risk appetite and escalation across portfolio.
