Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics & Reporting to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise dashboards, data products, and analytical solutions across Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks. You will partner with commercial, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, governed reporting assets.

You will guide design, development, testing, and deployment while establishing standards and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, MIS, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, data engineering, or related.
• 3+ years of leading or directing employees or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and data solutions end-to-end.
• Experience guiding reporting developers, analysts, and data engineers.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Organize priorities, manage performance, and support development.
• Grow team capability into data modeling, automation, and scalable design.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and data products.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and data requirements.
• Oversee Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks reporting workstreams.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of enterprise reporting solutions.
