Job summary

Wolters Kluwer CT corp. is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis, Reporting, to lead a team of analysts and evolve enterprise reporting capabilities across Service, Fulfillment, Product, Segment, and Operational Excellence.

This hybrid role reports to the Associate Director, Business Analysis and requires 2 days in-office and 3 days remote. The role governs reporting governance, standards, and infrastructure, enabling scalable reporting delivery, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years in reporting, analytics, BI, or operational analysis.
• 3+ years leading analysts or reporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain an enterprise reporting framework supporting operational, tactical, and executive needs.
• Oversee design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
• Establish standards for report design, metric definitions, and documentation.
