Jaan Health is seeking a strategic Director, Human Resources Business Partner to scale leadership, talent, and performance infrastructure. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, this leader will advise executives on leadership development, learning, and performance management.

The role goes beyond daily HR tasks to raise the bar, build high-performing teams, and drive accountable people practices in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building HRBP programs in healthcare or fast-growing organizations.
• Experience leading leadership development, learning & development, and performance management.
• Strong ability to handle complex employee relations and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives on leadership capability, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Lead company-wide performance management practices and leadership development.
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations and change initiatives.
• Develop scalable HRBP frameworks and operating rhythms for consistency.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on organizational design and critical talent needs.
• Utilize data to identify risks, measure impact, and drive accountability.
