Job summary

Liveops in the United States is seeking a Director of Product & Data Strategy to drive strategy, implementation, and governance of enterprise applications, AI products, and data platforms across the organization.

This role will own roadmaps for Salesforce and BI platforms, lead a team of application admins, data engineers, and BI specialists, and partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or data platform leadership.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and backlog with prioritization frameworks (RICE/MoSCoW).
• Experience defining and tracking product/platform success metrics and iterating based on outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing a data strategy including governance and security.
• Experience with data platforms and BI tools and driving self-service BI adoption.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations of enterprise applications.
• Own the enterprise applications roadmap as a product portfolio and prioritize features and integrations.
• Translate functional requirements into technology solutions with business leaders.
• Conduct structured discovery with stakeholders to validate needs before engineering.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and integrations across the app ecosystem.
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Define and execute data strategy including governance, quality, security, and accessibility.
• Oversee enterprise data platforms and promote self-service BI adoption across the business.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to align systems with digital transformation initiatives.
• Own Product Management for LiveNexus products including roadmap, backlog, and release planning.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of administrators, data engineers, and BI specialists.
