Job summary

Leupold + Stevens, Inc. seeks a Program Management Office Portfolio Resource Manager to oversee enterprise resource planning, portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance.

You will partner with Executives and PMO teams to shape the project portfolio, optimize talent deployment, and support strategic decision making. Responsibilities include enterprise capacity planning, demand forecasting, staffing recommendations, and leading governance for the Executive Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, project management, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program portfolio management, resource planning, or enterprise PMO leadership.
• Proven experience partnering with Executives and Director‑level leaders in strategic decision‑making.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, capacity planning, prioritization frameworks, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in resource and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• PfMP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise capacity planning processes, models, and tools.
• Maintain forward-looking capacity and demand forecasts across all projects and programs.
• Provide strategic staffing recommendations to support organizational priorities.
• Conduct scenario-based modeling to assess implications of new initiatives and timelines.
