Job summary

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in team management and strategic planning, as well as strong communication skills. This position may require up to 30-50% travel, and relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of training and development principles.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
