Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; five years of IT systems and network management experience.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere or equivalent, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong scripting and automation skills; familiarity with configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of all applications in the IT portfolio and oversee capacity planning.
• Collaborate with network, security, and service desk teams on projects from design to implementation.
• Document systems, services and processes; manage vendors and escalations.
