Job summary

Burlington Stores seeks a Director, Enterprise End User Support Services to lead the global End User Services program across offices, stores, DCs, and field teams. You will own the strategy, governance, and execution of the service desk, desktop support, endpoint lifecycle, and executive-level support.

You’ll partner with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Security, and external vendors to ensure security, reliability, and a superior associate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years in IT with 7–10+ years leading end-user services at scale.
• Proven leadership of VIP support, service desk, and endpoint Lifecycles.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and security/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise End User Services strategy and roadmap.
• Lead L1/L2 Service Desk, Desktop & Field Support operations.
• Own Executive/VIP support for senior leaders with high-touch service.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle, device readiness, and modern workplace tools.
• Governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement with vendors.
