Job summary

CoVolt Power SE seeks a Director of Enterprise Business Systems to lead the Enterprise Digital Products organization and partner with Commercial, Project Delivery, Finance, HR, and Operations to shape the digital roadmap. • Extensive experience in enterprise applications and digital product management.
• Proven ability to design enterprise architectures and roadmaps.

• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and partnering with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Digital Products organization with strategic direction and people leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to shape digital roadmaps and priorities across functions.
• Define enterprise architectures aligned to end-to-end business processes and value streams.
• Own intake, prioritization, and governance for enterprise digital initiatives with the PMO.
• Ensure digital products enable scalable, standardized business processes and integration.
• Translate business strategies into executable system roadmaps and backlogs.
• Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications and vendor strategy.
• Drive adoption, change management, and value realization for digital products.
• Collaborate with Digital Operations & Cybersecurity to ensure reliability and security.
