Job summary

EndeavorB2B seeks a hands-on data leader to own the strategy, architecture, and commercialization of its enterprise data platform. You will design scalable data models, build ELT/ETL pipelines, and implement DataOps, while guiding governance and privacy compliance.

You will partner with Executive leadership and cross-functional teams to unlock analytics, audience intelligence, and AI-enabled data products that drive revenue and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or enterprise data strategy.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise cloud data platforms.
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA/CPRA and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead build-out and optimization of a centralized cloud data platform across multi-brand, multi-market environments.
• Design scalable data models, ELT/ETL pipelines, and data quality processes.
• Establish DataOps, governance, and documentation standards; partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Drive enterprise data strategy, roadmap, and monetization initiatives.
• Communicate technical strategy to executives and cross-functional leaders.
