United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Enterprise Data Architect to define the overarching data-ecosystem vision and lead enterprise-wide transformations. You will translate business goals into scalable data strategies, guide data platforms, models, and flows across domains, and foster a culture of governance and innovation.

Qualifications

• We would love to consider you if you have 10+ years at staff enterprise level.
• 10+ years leading large-scale data transformations with AI governance.
• Experience designing data platforms, models, and integrations across multiple domains.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Delta Lake, and global architectures with data standards.
• Ability to translate ideas into pragmatic, scalable data designs for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of business architecture, capability engineering, and LeanIX.
• Expert in modern data architectures (cloud warehouses, data lakes, streaming, semantic layers).
• Proven ability to establish data modeling, governance, and quality standards across teams.
• Strong communication with non-technical leaders and documented decision materials.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-assisted development to build data tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data vision across the organization.
• Advise leadership on technology strategy, data investments, and governance.
• Lead community of senior data architects and establish reference architectures.
• Drive data modeling, lineage, and quality standards across lifecycles.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with global stakeholders on technology investments.
• Shape initiatives and RFPs aligning with the data vision and operations.
