Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Director, Data and Intelligence to lead enterprise data, analytics and reporting across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and operations. This hands-on build-and-run leader will establish a governed, scalable operating model across a tech landscape including Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience in data/analytics/tech.
• At least 10 years of experience in data, analytics, reporting or data-platform delivery.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing data, BI, engineering or analytics teams.
• Experience owning enterprise reporting and BI in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI and modern cloud data architectures; familiarity with Redshift, Databricks and Fabric.
• Experience with customer or product usage analytics (Pendo, Snowplow) and data migrations/enterprise data initiatives.
• Understanding of data engineering, dimensional modeling, semantic models, ETL/ELT and data quality.
• Experience integrating data from CRM/ERP/Finance systems and coordinating partners.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and operating model for enterprise data, analytics and reporting.
• Oversee enterprise and usage reporting, dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Set direction across Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead data pipelines, modeling, transformation and data governance.
• Drive delivery, migration, stabilization and reporting continuity.
• Manage multidisciplinary team and partners, budgets and licensing.
