Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking an Epic Cogito Manager responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of Epic Cogito analytics and reporting capabilities. Lead BI developers and application administration staff supporting Epic Cogito, including Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, registries, metrics, and extracts.

You will partner with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders, drive analytics governance, standards, and prioritization,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years of healthcare analytics or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
Experience leading supervision or consulting teams and communicating with senior leadership.
Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to teach complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and apply governance practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, implementation, operation, and support of Epic Cogito analytics and reporting capabilities.
Lead BI Developers and application staff supporting Epic Cogito (Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer, and related tools).
Serve as liaison between Epic, IT, clinical and business stakeholders; drive governance and prioritization.
Support staff development and alignment with organizational standards.
