Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Content Platform Executive Director to lead our Digital Channels enterprise platform strategy. You will own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization, partnering with technology, experience, data, and architecture to scale platform capabilities and deliver measurable value.

You will build and coach a 15–20 person product team, drive governance and self-service enablement, and align senior stakeholders around platform priorities to accelerate adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product management concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience owning platform strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for enterprise-scale products.
• Strong expertise across the product development lifecycle, including discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise content platform vision, roadmap and prioritization to deliver measurable improvements in publishing speed, reuse, and platform reliability.
• Lead end-to-end platform product execution from discovery through delivery, balancing modernization and new capability rollout.
• Build, mentor, and scale a product team of approximately 15–20 with clear roles and cadence.
• Drive the evolution of authoring workflows, templates, governance, publishing processes, and self-service enablement.
• Establish platform standards and reusable delivery patterns to accelerate adoption across teams.
• Define and manage KPIs that demonstrate platform value and guide investment decisions.
• Embed risk, privacy, and security requirements into platform workflows to improve compliance.
• Partner with engineering and operations to strengthen resiliency and service health.
• Influence senior stakeholders by communicating tradeoffs and aligning priorities to outcomes.
