Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in capability development or learning and development.
• Experience delivering programmes across multiple business areas in matrix organisations.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a capability curriculum starting with risk.
• Assess capability gaps and map learning pathways.
• Develop capability frameworks, governance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marsh Pacific leaders to co-design solutions.
• Oversee learning content delivery using internal/external partners.
• Design evaluation methods to measure outcomes and business impact.
