Job summary

• Extensive experience owning enterprise business systems from the business side.
• Strong Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• End-to-end delivery of large-scale system implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own business ownership of the application portfolio, roadmap, and backlog.
• Lead Salesforce process improvement and define requirements for business use.
• Maintain live systems, dashboards, and user administration with minimal IT queue dependence.
• Drive post-acquisition integration workstreams and process harmonization.
• Develop internal SME networks, training, and documented configurations.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, RAID logs, and go-live plans.
