RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Benefits to shape the strategy and future direction of benefits across a growing, multi-brand organization.

This leadership role drives enterprise programs in health, retirement, leave, wellness, and support, balancing brand needs with consistency and compliance. You will oversee design, governance, and analytics, partnering with HR leadership to optimize value.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in employee benefits with leadership roles.
• Broad health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide benefits strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise benefits strategy across brands and populations.
• Lead design, evaluation, and evolution of programs.
• Establish governance for consistency and scalability.
• Monitor trends, regulation, demographics; adjust programs.
• Lead benefits enrollment and employee education efforts.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budget stewardship.
