Job summary

Pharming Group seeks an executive, technology leader to own enterprise applications strategy, governance, and value realization. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable application capabilities, ensuring compliance and data integrity across a global biopharmaceutical portfolio.

Based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office). You will shape the future of the application landscape and drive transformational programs while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant leadership in enterprise applications, preferably in regulated/global contexts.
• Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus.
• Proven track record owning strategy, governance, lifecycle, and roadmaps.
• Strong experience with ERP, CRM, HR platforms and modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Partner with executives to translate priorities into application capabilities and value.
• Oversee major programs, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, security, validation, and data integrity across platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, contracts, and service performance.
• Lead delivery excellence, service performance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor the enterprise applications team; build scalable operations.
