Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks an IT Technical Program Manager (Java/Pharma Domain) in New Jersey to lead cross-functional IT initiatives supporting cell therapy digital platforms within regulated pharmaceutical environments.

The role requires extensive program management experience in pharma, strong knowledge of GxP and validation, and proven ability to coordinate with Digital, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing teams to deliver compliant digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 15-17+ years of IT experience and 7+ years in technical program management in US pharma, drug manufacturing and cell therapy.
• Deep experience with US pharma regulations and validation lifecycle.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, SAP and scheduling/control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cross-functional IT programs delivering digital platforms for cell therapy manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Digital, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, QA and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop and execute validation strategy and CSV planning across complex digital systems.
• Embed GxP requirements early during design and ensure platforms are inspection-ready for BLA submissions.
• Provide technical and architectural oversight to de-risk validation and ensure system integration readiness.
