• 15+ years of progressive enterprise applications experience.
• 10+ years in a leadership capacity leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage strategy, roadmap, priorities, and lifecycle of enterprise business applications.
• Lead the Business Applications function, including analysts, admins, developers, and external partners.
• Oversee ERP, MES, CRM, QMS, data/analytics, and related enterprise platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including AI, integration, migration, and adoption.
• Ensure applications support manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, finance, sales, and customer service.
