Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology, transformation, operations or strategy leadership.
• Experience translating AI strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong governance, portfolio management and value realization capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory, quality, legal, privacy and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI delivery and process engineering across functions.
• Own the AI portfolio value, baselining benefits and reporting to governance.
• Define operating model, stage gates, funding checkpoints.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Quality, Compliance on responsible AI.
• Build and lead a global team of executives.
• Translate enterprise needs into central AI roadmaps and requirements.
