Job summary
Northrop Grumman seeks a strategic leader to head Business Management Insights and Intelligence. You will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering trusted AI and analytics for enterprise and program management, reporting to the Director of BI&I.
You will drive a roadmap of AI/analytics solutions, collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities, and communicate insights to executive audiences for impactful business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or higher degrees with proportional experience.
- Demonstrated experience building high performing teams.
- Understanding of Business Management domain areas and metrics (financial performance, pricing and forecasting).
- Experience using analytics to inform decision making.
- Experience in executive data storytelling, building concise presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team and drive AI, analytics, and product strategy.
- Develop and deliver AI/analytics solutions that shift enterprise business management capability.
- Communicate results to executive audiences to tell the data story clearly.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align roadmap with business priorities.
- Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise AI analytics products.
