The role emphasizes strategic roadmap ownership, data-driven decision support, and senior-level collaboration across multiple business domains. A hybrid/teleworker arrangement may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing analytics teams and translate data into decisions.
• Experience with business management metrics and executive data storytelling.
• Strong SQL, Python or R skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, analytics and product strategy as part of the i2 leadership team.
• Manage analytics engineers, developers, analysts and data scientists.
• Develop a roadmap of AI solutions to improve business operations.
• Communicate results to executives and govern data storytelling.
