Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) is seeking a people and product leader to head Business Management Insights and Intelligence within the Chief Information and Digital Office.

The role requires building a high-performing, multidisciplinary team delivering trusted AI, analytics, and decision-support products across enterprise and program management areas. The position reports to the Director of Business Insights and Intelligence and may be based in Falls Church, VA with hybrid/teleworker consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years.
• Demonstrated experience building high performing teams and developing technical talent.
• Understanding of Business Management domain areas and metrics (financial performance, pricing/estimating, forecasting).
• Experience using analytics to inform decision making and executive data storytelling.
• Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases (SQL) and use programming languages (Python/R).
• Experience with LLMs and data visualization (Tableau or similar).
• Experience collaborating on multi-team projects and obtaining/maintaining security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the i2 leadership team to drive AI, analytics and product strategy.
• Lead analytics engineers, developers, analysts and data scientists in the BM domain.
• Develop and deliver a roadmap of AI and analytics solutions to improve business operations.
• Align roadmaps with senior stakeholders to realize business impact.
• Develop innovative products leveraging data, AI and analytics.
• Identify team priorities based on business needs and communicate results to executives.
