Job summary

Order.co is seeking a Director of Engineering Operations to build and run the operating system that translates strategy into measurable business and customer impact. You will align Product, Engineering, Data, and other functions to deliver outcomes with concise executive communication and disciplined action.

The role partners with Finance, Product, Data, and other leaders to improve instrumentation, define KPIs, and ensure delivery health across programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and success linking Product/Engineering to outcomes.
• Experience defining OKRs, KPIs, and portfolio plans across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of modern product development and software delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Create executive narratives linking Product, Engineering, and Data investments to outcomes.
• Own executive updates, board inputs, with reliable truth sources for commitments and delivery health.
• Define outcomes, KPIs, baselines, targets, and data sources with clear owners.
